Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the total price of services you booked. No-shows will be charged 100% of the total price of services you booked. There is a 5 minute grace period, after those 5 minutes have passed, your appointment will be cancelled and will result in a 100% no-show charge. Reschedule or cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance, failure to do so within 48 hours will result in a 50% charge. If you plan on changing the service of your appointment please do so within 48 hours prior to your appointment date. You will be charged for the full service amount that is booked. Example: you book a Brow Bundle and then decide at your appointment you only want Tint and Brow Wax. You will be charged for the full Brow Bundle even if you only received a Brow Tint and Wax. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT. Please do not bring extra people/ children to your appointment unless they are getting serviced.
