CANCELLATION POLICY

Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the total price of services booked. No-shows will be charged 100% of the total price booked. There is a 10 minute grace period, after those 10 minutes have passed, your appointment will be cancelled and result in a 100% no-show charge. Reschedule or cancel your appointment within 72 hours in advance, failure to do so within will result in a 50% charge. If you plan on changing the service of your appointment please do so within 72 hours prior to your appointment. You will be charged for the full service amount that is booked failure to do so. Example: you book a brow bundle and decide at your appointment you only want tint + brow wax. You will be charged for the full brow bundle even if you only received a brow tint + wax. Please do not bring extra people/ children to your appointment unless they are getting serviced. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS WHILE SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT.
